Business Analyst :

We are looking to hire a Business Analyst to support our client requirements around a global content management portal.  Ideal candidates should have a high level of experience in web application product development with working knowledge of user interface best practices. This will include business analysis and requirements gathering and documentation from all business stakeholders and internal/external clients, coordination of project development using agile methodology between stakeholders and technical team members, and support the delivery of product requirements within specifications and time.


  • Requirements analysis

  • Developing user stories and breaking down requirements into deliverable functionality
  • Analyze business problems and identify solutions that meet business goals
  • Analyze application and business domain data requirements and business rules, understanding the data flow from source to screen
  • Recognize and predict use cases to help design intuitive applications
  • Understand and communicate priority for new features and capabilities
  • Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time
  • Develop test cases and acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate QA testing and acceptance between QA staff, developers, and stakeholders


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or other related fields
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Able to take feedback constructively and iterate on ideas and solutions from multiple stakeholders with differing opinions
  • Meticulous thinker who can effectively work out all the details when presented with big ideas
  • Experience working within an agile development process, specifically with Scrum and backlog management tools
  • Understanding of user-centric design
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. technical developers, business leaders, and users
