Account Manager:

We are seeking to hire an Account Manager to support our growing domestic outsourcing services. As an Account Manager, you will experience unlimited earning potential, a competitive base salary and gratifying commission structure. In this role, it will be your responsibility to develop strategic accounts and foster relationships with CIO’s, directors, and managers. You will help to position Vinuity to provide the best value technology services possible to support our client demands.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and qualifies sales opportunities
  • Provide a consultative and value-added approach
  • Understands the clients’ business goals, operations, challenges and requirements
  • Builds a pipeline of qualified opportunities, manages pipeline and database accuracy related to prospecting activity
  • Assists in recruiting to support the resource demands

Pay Description:

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in B2B technology sales, staffing sales or technology recruiting
  • Knowledge of sales processes including discovery, pricing and closing
  • Exceptional problem solving, verbal / written communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and record of using sound business judgment when approaching obstacles and solving business decisions
  • Background analyzing, researching and understanding technical job requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or similar
